How we handle information you share with Mecca Destinations.
Information you give us
When you request a booking, we collect your name, email, phone number, requested dates, guest count, occasion, message, and whether you would like concierge help. Newsletter signup collects your email address.
How we use it
We use booking information to respond to your request, coordinate a potential stay, and contact you about your inquiry. We use newsletter emails to send news, offers, and direct booking information. Submitting a booking request does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Where it goes
Booking requests and newsletter signups are sent to GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management provider, to manage inquiries and communications. Newsletter emails are also stored in our website's secure records. Availability is checked against our Airbnb calendar without sharing guest reservation details.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in a message or by emailing us. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you shared, contact us at hello@meccadestinations.com. We may retain information when necessary for legitimate booking records or legal obligations.
